Understanding Betrayal - Women's Group (October)

This is a process group for the involved partner, the one who actively betrayed. If you have been involved in an affair, or hid something from your partner, this group can help. This group is for women only. There is a separate group for men.

This is a closed group, so registration is required prior to attending. Space is limited to 8 participants per group. The group will run for 4 weekly sessions starting October 6.

Cost: $25/session, $100 for all four sessions.

Objectives

• Understand what lead to the betrayal

• Cope with guilt and shame

• Learn skills to manage the crisis

• Build trust in your relationship
